Dennis Anderson, our founder

Our founder, Dennis Anderson, began his career in the seafood industry in the early 1960’s working for a major seafood broker and importer. This experience led him to a management position with one of the largest seafood producers worldwide. After several years, Dennis accepted a General Manager position with a large Southern California distributor. He founded Anderson Seafoods in 1979. His dedication to the industry led him to the position of President of the California Seafood Institute. Dennis still remains an active member of both the California Fisheries Seafood Institute and the National Fisheries Institute.
